Hysmo Studio ("we", "us") is an independent game developer. You can reach us at hysmostudio@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Stack & Pop does not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress and settings (levels, stars, boosters, language, sound options) are stored only on your device.
Third-party services
- Unity — the game is built with the Unity engine. Unity Technologies may process limited technical data such as device model, operating system version and performance or crash information to operate and improve the engine. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
- Google Play — downloads, updates and any purchases are handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising
The game currently shows no third-party advertising. If we add ads or other services that collect data, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it before any such data is collected.
Children
The game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Deleting your data
Because your progress is stored on your device, uninstalling the game or clearing its app data deletes it. For any other request, email us and we will reply within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or Turkey's KVKK) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.

Reklamlar
Oyun şu anda üçüncü taraf reklam göstermemektedir. İleride veri toplayan reklam veya başka hizmetler eklersek, bu politikayı güncelleyecek ve yasanın gerektirdiği durumlarda veri toplanmadan önce onayınızı isteyeceğiz.
Çocuklar
Oyun genel kitleye yöneliktir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, silelim.

- Unity — das Spiel wurde mit der Unity-Engine erstellt. Unity Technologies kann begrenzte technische Daten wie Gerätemodell, Betriebssystemversion sowie Leistungs- oder Absturzinformationen verarbeiten, um die Engine zu betreiben und zu verbessern. Siehe Datenschutzerklärung von Unity.
- Google Play — Downloads, Updates und eventuelle Käufe werden von Google gemäß der Datenschutzerklärung von Google abgewickelt.
Werbung
Das Spiel zeigt derzeit keine Werbung Dritter. Sollten wir Werbung oder andere datenerhebende Dienste hinzufügen, aktualisieren wir diese Erklärung und holen, wo gesetzlich erforderlich, vorher deine Einwilligung ein.
Kinder
Das Spiel richtet sich an ein allgemeines Publikum. Wir erheben wissentlich keine personenbezogenen Daten von Kindern. Falls ein Kind uns Daten übermittelt hat, kontaktiere uns und wir löschen sie.
Löschen deiner Daten
Da dein Fortschritt auf deinem Gerät gespeichert ist, wird er durch Deinstallation oder Löschen der App-Daten entfernt. Für andere Anliegen schreib uns; wir antworten innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Publicité
Le jeu n'affiche actuellement aucune publicité tierce. Si nous ajoutons des publicités ou d'autres services collectant des données, nous mettrons à jour cette politique et demanderons votre consentement lorsque la loi l'exige.
Enfants
Le jeu s'adresse à un public général. Nous ne collectons pas sciemment de données personnelles d'enfants. Si un enfant nous en a transmis, contactez-nous et nous les supprimerons.
Suppression de vos données
Votre progression étant stockée sur votre appareil, désinstaller le jeu ou effacer ses données la supprime. Pour toute autre demande, écrivez-nous ; nous répondons sous 30 jours.

Publicidad
Actualmente el juego no muestra publicidad de terceros. Si añadimos anuncios u otros servicios que recopilen datos, actualizaremos esta política y pediremos tu consentimiento cuando la ley lo exija.
Menores
El juego está dirigido al público general. No recopilamos a sabiendas datos personales de menores. Si crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos, contáctanos y los eliminaremos.
